Sushi Club: Branding
Sushi Club is set out to build a brand rooted in authenticity, bring the precision, simplicity and spirit of traditional Japanese Sushi to the British diners. In contrast to competitors like Sushi Mania and Sushi Samba, who are known for their bold, fusion-heavy offerings, The Sushi Club takes pride in purity, offering sashimi, nigiri, and clean ingredient-focused rolls.
Drawing inspiration from the traditional practice of using yanagi knives and freshly sourced fish, the brand was crafted to educate and excite seasoned sushi lovers and curious newcomers. I shaped a visual identity that honours and introduces this craftsmanship and cultural integrity, while remaining welcoming, modern, and accessible to the UK audience.
